The PSA Journal is prepared by member-writers with feature articles sent to the Editor for possible publication. (Publication is not a right of membership, but an opportunity). A record of contribution was begun in 1957. The Chairman of the Editorial Awards committee will quarterly send a notice to each writer if there has been action within the quarter.
Points are given which lead to Editorial Stars: Bronze (at 40 points, 80, 120 and 160 points), then Silver (at 200 and 400 points) and finally Gold stars (1000 points,etc.) levels. Silver and Gold may be presented at annual conference but some contributors prefer presentation in their home area ( Bronze Stars are all presented at the local level). |
