Graeme Webb, EPSA

Graeme Webb was born in Australia, but has spent most of his life living in the UK. He worked as a qualified Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) in the UK, for 14 years, specialising in substance misuse and detoxification. He retired in 2001. Before nursing, he also worked as an upholsterer, car mechanic, and freight import/export manager.

Graeme has had an interest in photography since early childhood, but only really started to develop his skills when he joined PSA member club, West Cumbria Photo group, in 2005. He started entering PSA recognised exhibitions in 2006, and earned his PPSA in 2009, and EPSA in 2011. He also has the EFIAP (Excellence) Bronze award, gained in 2013.

Graeme has been judging international exhibitions in England and Wales since 2009, co-founded the Solway Salon in 2009, founded the Wrekin Salon in 2011 and was chairman through 2013, both PSA recognised exhibitions. He was also on the founding committee of the Great British Small Print Circuit, PSA recognised, in 2008, and created and maintained their website, through 2011.

In 2010, Graeme was made PSA Region Director, region 28 (UK) and continued in this role until 2013. He was invited to be a beta tester for the PSA website, and has been a PSA consultant (finding PSA recognised exhibitions) from 2010 - 2014.

He has also held several offices for more local organisations.

His photographic interests have been wide and varied, with a main focus on landscapes. He is also very interested in non-mainstream sports action photography,
