PID Star Ratings
|PSA members who have received acceptances in PSA-recognized Projected Image Exhibitions, Electronic Imaging Exhibitions, and Color Projected Image Exhibitions are eligible to apply for PID Star Ratings. For additional information or help to apply for PID Star Ratings, please email the Directors.|
There are two PID Star, Galaxy and Diamond Rating classes: Color and Monochrome, which require separate applications for each level. Following the Fifth PID Star, PSA members may apply for PID Galaxies up to the level ten, and then for PID Diamonds up to the level ten. A major difference in this program is that each image must receive at least three acceptances.
Applicants must be a member of PSA; however, acceptances received prior to membership are eligible for the acceptance requirements. Please contact the Directors for information regarding the format of a PID Star Rating application.
For Galaxy Awards, acceptances received before January 1st, 2000 and prior to membership are eligible for the acceptance requirements. Acceptances received after January 1st, 2000 require continuous membership in the Society. Membership fees for lapsed years must be paid in full to insure continuous membership.
