2014 PSA Conference Meal Selection Information

There are meals planned as a part of some of the meetings that will take place from Tuesday, September 30, through the Honors Banquet on Friday evening, October 3.


Tuesday, September 30, 2014

  • Councils, Clubs & Chapters (CCC) Breakfast - Cost $12
    • Traditional breakfast with link sausage
    • Orange or grapefruit juice, scrambled eggs, link sausage, breakfast potatoes and breakfast breads, coffee, decaf coffee, revolution teas
  • Photojournalism Division Lunch - Cost $13
    • Lunch buffet wraps - Tossed garden salad with assorted dressings, spicy potato salad, choice of wraps: (1) roasted sliced turkey in whole wheat wrap with mayonnaise, Applewood smoked bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato & Swiss cheese; (2) grilled sliced breast of chicken in sun-dried tomato wrap with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce & Monterey Jack cheese, pesto mayo & sour cream; (3) shaved lean ham w/big eye Swiss cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes; individual bags of potato chips and pretzels; fudge brownies, s'mores, lemon and peanut butter bars; iced tea, coffee, decaf or revolution teas
  • 3D Division Lunch - Cost $15
    • Chicken Cardinale
    • Mixed field green salad: grape tomato, julienne cucumbers, choice of dressing, boneless breast of chicken coated in panko breadcrumbs with lemon pepper seasoning, pan sauteed topped w/julienne of sweet red & yellow peppers in lemon beurre blanc, ultimate chocolate cake, coffee, decaf coffee or revolution teas, iced tea
