PPSA Gallery: Roelof Victor de Oude, PPSA

Roelof Victor (Roel) de Oude was born in Schiedam (The Netherlands) in 1944. He has been taking pictures since 1968. He took Academie Photo lessons in 1973 and 1974. He is a documentarian, travel photographer, street photographer, and people photographer.

Roel joined PSA in 2001 and was member of the jury at the Image Salon Delft in 1998 and 2000. In June 2006, by invitation of the Chinese Senior Photographers Association, he visited, together with ten other European photographers, Tjianjing to take pictures. He earned the PPSA Distinction in 2011.
