PID Digital Study Groups: Schedules

There are three different schedules: one, two and three-month rotations.

One-Month Rotations

Start on the first of each month
Images and Descriptors are submitted from the 1st to the 7th of each start month.
Reviews and Feedback are completed by the 28th of the month prior to the next start month.

Two-Month Rotations

Start on the first of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Images and Descriptors are submitted from the 1st to the 15th of each start month.
Reviews and Feedback are completed by the 28th of the month prior to the next start month.

Three-Month Rotations

Start on the first of January, April, July, and October.
Images and Descriptors are submitted from the 1st to the 28th of each start month.
Reviews and Feedback are completed by the 28th of the month prior to the next start month.

To allow for vacations or other periods without internet access, Images and Descriptors may be entered in advance for the following round(s).

Schedules are subject to change to allow for major holidays periods.
