As Chairman of PSA’s Projected Image Division (PID), I want to welcome and thank you for visiting our home page. If you have an interest in projected images whether they are from digital files or slides, regardless of the subject matter, you should find a number of opportunities that would increase your experience and enhance your skills as well as providing additional enjoyment of this photographic medium.

For example, we conduct numerous study groups that have 4 to 7 members interacting with each other as they review and comment upon each other’s images. The Photo Essay Contest, Individual Creative Competition, Individual Portrait Competition, and the Image of the Year Competition are available for individual members. Two Interclub competitions are held four times each year - one just for Creative images, followed by one for the Best of the Year. We also conduct two sections of the annual PSA International Exhibition and we recognize a large number of international exhibitions each year so that our members can apply for Stars.

PSA members qualify for membership in the PID by: being an Officer or Director in the PID, earning a Star Rating in the PID, participating in the Individual Creative Competition or the Photo Essay Contest in the PID, or participating in a Study Group in the PID.
