3DD Star Ratings: Application Information
Submit two lists:
- List #1 is with the exhibitions in chronological order
- List #2 is the different titles in alphabetical order

Other Information
- If in doubt of an image’s exhibition acceptance, include extra acceptances.
- Include name, address, and PSA honors & distinctions on the application.
- Keep a copy of the application because submitted applications are not returned.
- When applying for the next Star Rating, it is not necessary to report previous acceptances. Copies of all the applicant’s submissions are kept in permanent files by the 3D Division Star Ratings Director.
