Activity Summary

The Stereo Division of the Photographic Society of America (PSA) conducts several stereo competitions for individual photographers annually.
The Potomac Society of Stereo Photographers (PSSP) is the PSA's authorized agent for conducting the Nonstar Stereo version of those competitions.
The information and rules that govern the Nonstar Competition, are conceptually consistent with the other PSA Competition Rules.
The judging and showing of the Nonstar Stereo Competition entries will normally be conducted at the regular meeting of the PSSP in the month of October. Currently this means the third Thursday of the month.
Judging and awards will be in one class, which will include up to four entries by each Nonstar entrant. Nonstar means entrants who have not yet earned a Star (18 acceptances from at least 6 titles) in PSA international stereo exhibitions, regardless of age, club awards, or events entered. A Star earned but not applied for disqualifies the entrant from Nonstar status.
Eligibility: All Nonstar stereographers, PSA members or not, may enter images in the Nonstar Stereo Competition. However, because this competition is not open to all, Nonstar titles and award winners cannot be counted toward a PSA "Star."
