The President's duties include promoting the general welfare of the Society, performing all work customarily pertaining to the office; presiding at general meetings of the Society, its Board of Directors and its Executive Committee, and otherwise serve as required by the Board and Executive Committee, fulfilling the needs of the office and provisions in the by-laws.
 
Executive Vice President

The Executive Vice-President succeeds the President should he become unable to carry out his duties, and performs functions delegated by the President, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, or by-laws. He also heads the International Committee.

Performing duties of the office and any that may be delegated by the President, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, or by-laws, the Secretary is responsible for keeping permanent official minutes of the Executive Committee, Board, annual, and special meetings of the membership.

In fulfilling responsibilities of the office, the Treasurer supervises the preparation of the annual Society budget, submits the annual financial statements for publication in the PSA Journal, supervises the annual inventory of the Society's property, provides monthly financial statements to the Executive Committee, and serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee.
Chapters, Clubs & Councils Vice-President

The Chapters, Councils and Clubs Vice-President supervises Chapter, Council, and Club activities, recommends the chartering of new Chapters or the dissolution of inactive Chapters as circumstances warrant.
Conference Vice President

The Conventions Vice-President recommends locations and dates for the Society's International Conferences, negotiates with hotels for Conference space, and manages the events.
Divisions Vice President

The Divisions Vice-President supervises Division activities and recommends the creation or dissolution of Divisions and related committees as the best interests of the Society require.
 
Exhibition Services Vice President

Responsibilities of the Exhibition Services Vice President include all committees related to exhibition standards, uniform practices, Who's Who and photographic achievement awards, and the PSA Exhibition.
 
 
Membership Vice President

The Membership Vice President oversees the 31 Regions, recommends ways to enhance the value of Society membership to current and potential members, and administers the Membership Awards Programs.

Manages Headquarters office, performing all duties under the direction of the Treasurer, carries out procedures and policies of the Society, attends Board meetings and International Conferences, maintains records and prepares reports, and insures that members' requests are fulfilled.

The Public Relations Vice-President is responsible for improving the Society's public image and visibility, including standard media and the PSA website.

The Publications Vice-President supervises adherence to established editorial policies of the PSA Journal, and recommends changes in these policies and the Journal's format and content as seen fit to best serve the needs of the Society.
Investments Vice

The Investments Vice President is responsible for managing the investment accounts of the Society in a manner that will provide for their safety while providing a fair return on the monies invested. That responsibility extends to the Memorial Endowment Funds as well as other investments held by PSA. In addition the Investments Vice President sits as a member of the Finance Committee"
