The Executive Vice-President succeeds the President in the event the President shall become unable to perform his or her duties; performs the duties delegated by the President, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, or the Bylaws; supervises the PSA Service Awards Committee (SAC), the Society Recognition Awards Committee (SRAC), the Greenhood Scholarships and Grants Committee (GSGC), the International Relationships Committee (IRC), the Education Services Committee, the Volunteer Services Committee, and the PSA Webmaster; and has secondary Board supervisory responsibility for the Ethics Review Board (ERB). |

The Secretary performs the duties inherent in the office, and any other duties that may be delegated by the President, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, or Bylaws. The Secretary is responsible for keeping in permanent form at PSA Headquarters the official minutes of the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, Annual and Special Meetings of the membership. The Secretary has primary Board supervisory responsibility for the PSA Ethics Review Board. |

The Treasurer performs the duties inherent in the office and such other duties delegated by the President, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, and the Bylaws. The Treasurer supervises the preparation of the annual Society budget, submits the audited annual financial statements for publication in the Society's Journal or the Society's website, supervises the annual inventory of the Society's property, provides monthly financial statements to the Executive Committee, serves as chairman of the Finance Committee, and supervises the operations of PSA Headquarters. |

The Image Collections Vice President is responsible for collecting and archiving the Society's image collections; obtaining licensing and data regarding each collected image; cataloging, creating and maintaining a database, and creating high quality scans of collection images; creating from the collections audio visual programs; and coordinating the educational use of the image collections within PSA and its programs and through outside agencies such as with Artspace at Untitled in Oklahoma City. |

The Investments Vice President manages the investment accounts of the Society and any such other duties delegated by the President, Finance Committee, Board of Directors and the Bylaws. The Investments Vice President is the head Trustee of the PSA Endowment Funds, a member of the Finance Committee, and provides twice yearly reports to the Finance Committee. |
